Do I need a referral? 

No, you do not need a referral for an Osteopathy appointment. 

Can I use my private health insurance? 

Yes, if you are covered for Osteopathy under your extras cover we can claim your insurance the same day as your appointment. 
Unfortunately, due to each insurance cover and policy being different we are unable to provide you with a quote on how much of the appointment your insurer will cover. 

Is my Osteopathy appointment covered by Medicare? 

Your appointment will only be covered by medicare under either an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) or a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM). these plans are prescription from your GP and are only valid for 5 sessions. 

At Revive Osteopathy to support our community, we do not charge a gap on these appointments. 

Do I need to bring my X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound or CT scans to my appointment? 

If you have previously had imaging done for your current injury or site of pain, yes, please bring them along.
